Difference between limited and not limited company?

Hi,

Currently completing my Tier 2 general extension application form. There is a question on limited and not limited company?

My employer is an FE College.

I am not sure if this is a limited or not limited company. Could anyone please tell me the difference? Thanks

Your employer will probably be best to advise you on their own status. :shock:
