Tier2 ICT Dependent to Tier2 General

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT long term staff visa and my wife is on Tier2 ICT long term staff dependent.
Can she move to tier 2 General if she gets a CoS ?
If the answer is Yes , can I apply for Tier2 General dependent and then apply for a job?

Yes, wife will have to apply from home country. Make sure sponsor has completed the proper RLMT process.
