Help on which form to use

Hi,
I came to the uk on a visitors visa from Italy but overstayed.
Currently married to a British citizen for 2 years now and being staying together for 3years now. We got married at the registry. I now want to put in an application to legalised my stay but I'm confused on which form to use.
I don't know if I should use form FLR(FP) or if I should use FLR(M).
Please I need advise on this.

FLR(M) will fail.

FLR(FP) might work but will be a long process if your application is accepted.

The easiest way is to return to your home country and apply for entry clearance spouse settlement visa provided you meet all the requirements.
