PBS Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi,

I have been in the UK for the 2+ Years on a PBS Dependent permit as my wife is currently on a Tier 2 General permit that is nearing it end later this year. I am already employed by a Tier A company that is capable of sponsoring me however is unclear on how to proceed with converting my PBS dependent to a Tier 2 General permit.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could advise on the approach I could take on this regards!

Your employer needs to complete RLMT following the proper HO process. If they are an A rated sponsor, they should know what they have to do.

You have to apply from your home country.
