hi guys, i need help have been living in uk for the past 10years and i work for thesame company for 8 years i apply for my partner visa but when i sent the application i was on my maternity live but i send the letter to return to work so when i finished my marternity i sent 3 pay slips for additional document. All the documents sent are: my passport, our daugther passport, birth certificate, pictures,tenant agreement and prove of address for 2 years.

It is unclear from your post what you have actually applied for. Are you an EU citizen? If so do you have PR? What application form did your partner submit?

yes am EU and my partner is from africa we applied for resident card I just just want to know how long is going to take for the decision and if i made any mistake with all information above. THANKS

hi guys, i need help am italian national i apply for my partner resisdent card but his overstayer from africa the day we surmit the appilication am still on maternity so i cant send any pay slip but i sent a letter from that show the day am going back to work and after i finish my maternity i sent 3payslips,prove of address that shows we been living together for 2years, my bank statement, my passport, our child passport, birth certificate and some picture.
question1: if i make any mistake
question2: how long does it take to make decition
