ICT Short Term / Tourist Visa 32 Days only

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 2 ICT short term Visa for 32 Days only. Below are my queries

1) My wife is planning to apply for tourist visa as duration is 32 days only. Is that fine or she has to apply for ICT Short Term Dependent visa only ? What are chances if she apply for Tourist visa

2) Can we both apply together ? My office will book Hotel only after visa thus in sponsorship letter i mentioned my business address and mention hotel will be booked in near by vicinity or address of tentative hotel that hotel will book

Should I apply ,get the visa and then she apply for Tourist or apply both t same time

Message was posted by me on behalf of uncle. He asked me to it as in main forum there was no answer and he said post it under forum UK Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) visa as it was urgent for him to decide how it needs to processed while he is in office
