HI,

My son was born here in 2011 and was registered here in council.As my wife visa expired in 2012 she flew back to India and applied for him and her and came back after 1 year as T1 dependants .They are living with me for 2 years now.
Before flewing back to India I got his indian passport here and now I am waiting for my ILR approval.
If my ILR gets approved can I apply MN1 for my son or he wants to have t1 dependant visa again.
