Tier 2 Dependent Visa for 6 month old baby [outside UK]

Hi,

This is my first post. I am sorry if its a repetitive question. I am on Tier 2 (General) visa. My wife lives with me in UK as Dependent. She is working as a Dentist. Our newly born son visited Pakistan with my wife and his grandmother without UK visa, so my wife came back to UK without him. He is spending time with his grand parents in Pakistan.

Our Tier 2 extension application has been submitted my my company. Our plan is to go to Pakistan immediately after getting the visa and apply for the dependent visa for our son and then bring him back to UK. He went to Pakistan on 27th February. We will get out visas before the end of April.

I want to know what documents are required for my Son's visa. I read that I have to show 3 months of Bank transactions from UK to Pakistan to prove that I was covering his expenses. SO, in who's account in Pakistan should I send money? My son is just 6 months old so he cant have an account. Do I have to show these transactions because I dont think he will complete 3 months in Pakistan before we apply for his visa.

Secondly what other important documents are required apart from my bank statements and job letter. Any proof why he is in Pakistan? Something on that line. Thank You, waiting for replies.

I hope you are talking about

•No Employment as a Doctor or Dentist in Training, unless you:
○ have obtained a primary degree in medicine or dentistry from a UK institution that is a UK
recognised or listed body, or which holds a sponsor licence under Tier 4 of the Points Based
System

So as per law She cannot do Vocational Training (VT) because its Govt funded but for immigrants there is Vocational Training Equivalent (VTE) which is self funded. She did that and now she is a GDC(NHS) registered dentist.

  Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK?

My son was born in UK and then went to Pakistan. what should I write for the first question? For the second question he got medical treatment in UK when he was born and he did his 6 month after birth medication. So, should I say yes to second question?

It is not a trick question.

Have you ever traveled to the UK in the last 10 years? Born in UK
Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK? Yes, born in UK

For the first question I have to provide date of departure and date of arrival and for second question there is no option to provide a reason for medical treatment. It just ask for the hospital name.

Thats why I am confuse

There is another thing. For the question

• What evidence of funds have you supplied?

I wrote Bank Statements, but I have noticed that whatever answer I write and save it. The online application system removes my answer and doesnt save it. The field goes blank.
