Tier2 ICT Long Term to Tier2 Gen Dependant

Hi Experts,

I'm living in UK from 2012 July on ICT Long term visa.My wife also was working in UK via ICT-Dependant route.Now my wife got a sponsorship from an A rated company and she made an entry clearance through Tier2 Gen Shortage Occupation Route.

Can me and my kids do an in country switching ? In my case it will be from ICT-Long term main applicant to Tier2 Gen dependant and in my kid's case, it will be from ICT dependant to Tier2 Gen dependant.

Also, Can we go for a premium service also ?

Yes to both questions. You will have to pay the immigration health surcharge for each applicant.

Thanks for the reply. Could you please clarify the following points too.

A. What is the fund maintenance requirement for the Tier2 Gen. Dependants while applying from with in UK?
B. Can me and my kids use the maintenance letter issued by my wife's employer ?
C. Can we process our three applications one after one basis ?
D. Is there any requirement for IELTS for an Adult Tier2 General dependant ?

C. Whose application would you do first?
D. No, not that I am aware of.
