Marriage separation- husband left after getting visa

Post by Aliyah1212 » Fri Apr 08, 2016 7:21 pm

Hi,

My husband arrived in the UK in March 2014, he kept leaving the house and used to come back for money. He never worked. However, in December 2015, he left the house permanently, I don't know where he is. He left by admitting he married me to come to the UK. I am really desperate for help. I have been contacting the home office non-stop since December 2015, never had a reply, I contacted the curtailment team (Manchester) too but no reply. I am really stressed. Im fed up. Does this mean they just going to let him stay ? (He has a 5 years visa because of our marriage) I really hope I can get some answers.

Thank you for reading

You need to complete the form in the link below.

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... nsent-form

How does he have a 5 year spouse visa? What is your visa status and what is your nationality?

Once you inform HO, what exactly are you expecting from them?

Once the situation has been reported the HO will , in their wisdom, either act on it or not.
They will not communicate and let you know.

So, hard as it is, suggest let it go (after reporting the matter).
You have to look after number one now (that's you) with support of family, good friends & others around you.
