Does anyone know where spouse immigration document is?

Hi, I am talking about a document which has all the rules and criteria that need to be met for spouse visa and indefinite leave to remain. I have been using the government site but it seems to be rather confusing. Thanks for any help

My wife has been here for two years nearly and we are applying under the five year route. So shortly I will need to submit documents again to extend for another 2.5 years. My main question is when do I submit the documents and what documents do I need to submit? One concern I have is that my employer no longer issues payslips so we have to go online and print them, this obviously looks like a copy and not original so not sure what else to do. In addition I am on a fixed term contract, does this matter? Not sure what rules are on fixed term contracts. Thanks for your help.

Your wife has to apply for FLR(M), meeting the conditions she met for her initial spouse visa. Here's a link to the application form and the guidance on documents required. https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family/apply
She will also have to pay the £500 NHS surcharge online, before submitting her visa application. https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigrati ... n/overview

She can apply 28 days before the expiry of her visa, and no later than the expiry date. Ask your employer to stamp and sign the payslips and also submit a letter on company headed paper confirming your salary. It doesn't matter that you have a fixed term contract.
