Application form for wife visa

hello guys,

i have ILR and wife is about to go for TB test, now i know that after that i have to fill online application for her. now i need to ask, after submitting that application, do my wife need to bring its print when she will go for biomatric?
or do she need to download and print application for from UKBA website with apendex 2 and fill and get to appointment?

thanks a lot for your help.
i have few confusions.
so i will have to print application for in UK and need to send to Sheffield along with supporting documents. if i can remember, my wife's sign is required on application form. please can you explain this do she need to print form in Pakistan, sign and send to me or her sign is not required.
and i dont have British passport yet, so what i need to send for my identity?
