UK Spouse Visa from India

Hi There,

This might be a repeated question to you all. But if you can provide me with latest information. It will be a great help as I need to start the process for UK spouse visa from India ASAP.

To give you an overview about my situation:
I am married in 2015. Got onsite from an Indian IT company (My company will not sponsor for spouse visa). Now I have been in UK from last 4 months and will be staying more 5 months. Now I am planning travel my wife to UK on dependent visa from Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Based on this I have some questions. If you all can answer me for that, it will be a great help.

1) What kind of VISA type is 'dependent visa'?
2) What are all documents are required? (From my side and from spouse side.)?
- One thing to note over here is, Unfortunately we don't have our marriage certificate with us.
- Can there be any alternative to this. I heard there is but correct me if I am wrong.
3) English language requirement is necessary for spouse. If Yes, then what supporting documents we can
show as proof.
4) Are there anything specific need to be ready with or if I am missing to mention over here.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... help me with this. I know this question might be repetitive. But it will be a great help for me as I there is no one in India who can help me. I myself have to do all the processes by being in UK.

What is your immigration status in the UK? Unless you clearly state this, no one can guess.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I missed to mention my VISA status.

My Visa is: Tier 2 Intra company transfer Visa.
