T2 Gen ILR Eligibility

Post by sumlak » Wed May 04, 2016 5:51 pm

Hi team,

I have a question regarding T2 ILR eligibility for me and my dependent. When would we both be eligible to apply for ILR? Details below:

Main Applicant
First T2 - May 2012 to April 2015
second T2 - change of Jobs - Feb 2013 to Mar 2015 - Validity was Incorrect so they sent a replacement BRP
Revised Second T2 - Mar 2013 to Apr 2016
Third T2 - change of jobs - May 2014 to Jul 2017

Dependant
First Dependant T2 - Feb 2013 to April 2015
Second Dependant T2 - April 2015 to July 2017

Does the change of Jobs reset the ILR clock although the leave to Remain is within the same category?

I look forward to hearing from you soon and I greatly appreciate your help in advance! :) :)

Thanks,
sumlak

No, job change does not reset the clock for ILR.

You will qualify in May 2017 for ILR but not your spouse.

Spouse will have to have 5 years residence as PBS Dependent before applying for ILR. She will need another extension in July 2017.
