10 years route

I was gurnteed limited leave to remain outside the immigration rules because I applied as a visitor. My husbund is British and I have 3 KIDS under 10. I meet all the requirements accept that I applied from inside the uk as a visitor. My question is can I apply for settlment after 5 year. If not what can I do to change the period do I apply for the 5 years route before the 2 years and a half end. can I apply after one year for example to change the 10 years route to five. :shock: Thank you in advance

If you want to switch to 5 year route, look at FLR(M) and make sure you meet all the requirements.

Thank you for your reply, if I meet all the requirements can I apply from inside the uk? Do I need to wait for 2 years and a half because I just received my biometric or I can apply immediately to change it.
