ILR 10 years - What next for Tier 4 Dependents

Post by uncletom » Thu May 12, 2016 8:01 pm

Dear Admin, Thank you for this wonderful forum, could you kindly help me with my present situation. i have been granted ILR on last month, previously i was in tier 4 visa and my dependent still holds the old pbs tier 4 dependent visa which valid until november 2016. Due to 10 hours work right while i was student and my wife was pregnant and on and off from work so we could not meet the financial requirement for FLR M. we are 4000 pounds short almost. I have 3 months old baby i already applied for her naturalisation and waiting for her Natuaralisation certificate to come. once i done with her passport can i apply for my wife under FLR FP? could you please advice me

1. can i apply for my wife as FLR FP?
2. if yes which route should (5 or 10 year) i choose and can i apply same day service?
3. She came in 2012 september if she gets flr fp and can keep extend until 2022 september can she apply for set (LR) 10 years route.

Thank you for kindly reading my thread. eagerly waiting for your valuable suggestion.

I have split and moved your post to the correct forum. It is considered rude to tag your unrelated question onto another posters topic/thread.

1. Yes, it is available if you DO NOT meet the financial requirement.

2. Partner route is likely 10 years. Not sure about in person appointment.

3. Yes, any legal visa status counts towards 10 years ILR.

Please read through the FLR(FP) form and guidance notes. It is all very clearly explained. And yes, you can apply in person.
