Post by KASHIF830 » Thu May 12, 2016 8:59 pm

Hi members,

I am filling AN form need some help regarding some points to fill in.

1.16 Present address : from 01/01/2011. I have been living on this address more than 5 years.

1.17 Please provide your addresses for the past five years
From : DD/MM/YYYY To DD/MM/YYYY. Do I need to fill it if yes so what to write in To DD/MM/YYYY

6.12 If the required biometric residence permit (BRP) is not enclosed please give details why
you are unable to provide it: ( I am applying via NCS so what to write in this box)

7.7 *I declare that, although I do not meet all of the statutory requirements for
naturalisation, I believe that, in view of the following special circumstances, the
Home Secretary should treat me as fulfilling those requirements or waive the need
in my case to fulfil them.

*Delete if not applicable

Do we need to tick this point.

I will be very thankful to my forum mates if you please give your valuable comments on these queries.

Thanks
Regards,
Kashif

1.16 Fine

1.17 Write your address again

6.12 Leave blank. NCS can help you with this part and what to tick.

7.7 DO NOT tick this. You need to delete the whole paragraph by drawing a line though each line. That is assuming it does not apply to you and you are not asking for special consideration.

Sorry, long day at work. Just looked at form. You could write in 'as above in 1.16' and leave rest blank. Should not be an issue.
