Delay in receiving Tier 2 ICT short term Staff Migrant visa

Hello,

I am writing this with regards to my application made on 04 May 2016 under Tier 2 ICT from PUNE VFS.

GWF039768XXX (Self)
GWF039770XXX (Child)
GWF039769XXX (Partner)

It is now today 7th working day I am waiting for my decision. All the application were submitted on priority service which normally takes 3-5 working days. extra 15000 INR is paid for each application to consider processing on priority.

Could you please confirm the status of my application? When would I expect my document back?

have also raised complaint/Enquiry with them through following link but they are saying it is ‘in progress’.

Can someone suggest on this what should I do to expedite the process?
