ILR Continous residency

Post by Doctor7 » Sun May 15, 2016 12:30 am

Hi
I've been in the UK for 3 years under overseas newspaper , news agency or broadcasting organization. Now I'm going to switch my visa to tier 2 (General). From the date when I switch , how long should I stay in the uk under tier 2 to be able to get ILR? Five years from now or just two years , as I've already had 3 years visa?
Thank you

What is your current visa category?
overseas newspaper , news agency or broadcasting organization
This isn't a 'visa category'.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
