Hi
I am an E.U National while my husband is Non E.U, I have worked in the same firm for more than five years now and we are about to start gathering information and documents for PR application, his RC will expire soon so we are going to apply together. Please I do need help regarding the form to use, I have read a few post and people have been using the modified EEA3 form instead of the voluminous new PR form, my question is can I also apply for my husband using the modified EEA3 form being that his non EU

If you are going to use the EEA3 form yourself, you cannot include your husband on it; he will need to use the EEA4 form himself. It might be simpler to apply together on the EEA(PR) form and only complete the sections that are required (so for example, not the public funds section).

Your husband will need to enrol biometric information too and there was no provision for this with the EEA4 form, as it was not a requirement back then.
