What were the grounds under which such humanitarian protection was granted?AhmedZ wrote:Hi All,
I would be grateful if some can advice me on this matter.
I have been granted humanitarian protection about 4 and a half years ago for 5 years. I would like to visit Pakistan as it is a matter of urgency.
Would it be possible to do so at all.
Thanks
If you have a valid national passport then you won't need a visa to enter Pakistan.AhmedZ wrote:Thanks for the reply Noajthan,
My case is based on non-state actors, I have one more question, if for instance, the worst case scenario they would not allow me back in the U.K, could I on the basis of that I am currently a second year university student and I also own property in the UK, Be able to gain entry back into the UK. And also after obtaining my national passport (which would be Pakistani) do I have to get a visa for Pakistan on that passport, what would the procedure be if you would kindly be able to tell me.
It would be appreciated greatly.
Thanks
Ahmed
What travel documents do you have at the moment?AhmedZ wrote:Thanks for elaborating on that, so would i require a UK visa on the passport for me to return to the UK from Pakistan.
Thanks
Ahmed
Be aware the protection can be revoked (and any leave in UK can be curtailed) if the conditions no longer exist.AhmedZ wrote:It doesn't say anything in particular about traveling to home country, I claimed asylum in the uk when I arrived here.
Thanks
