Spouse visa application question.

Post by Enerlevel » Tue May 17, 2016 8:50 am

Hi all,
I am looking to extend my spouse visa for the second time.
Everything's looks in place except for 1 pay slip.
My partner earns around 12k per year.
I am a director of a company limited company and also receive pay which is around 10k per year.
I have been told to produce pay slips for 12 months with the money going into my acc. My problem is I would have 12 pay slips by the 30th of June 2016 but my visa expires on the 18th of June 2016. So basically I am up by 12 days..
Are there any solutions to this ?
I have read that home office gives 28 days grace period after the visa expires to submit the application?
Also is it possible to submit my application and then send them one payslip later in 12 days?
Thanks

Is this a spouse visa on FLR(M)?

You have posted your question in the Tier 1 General sub forum, so please clarify which route you are on.
