Where do l submit my paperwork for Husband spouse visa Tanza

Morning

My husband and l will be looking to submit his spouse visa application form next month. My husband is in Tanzania. My question is do l send him the supporting documents/Sponsor documents via DHL for him to submit when he goes for his application appointment, or can l send them to UKVI/HO in Sheffield. From reading the forums it seems like the supporting document submission is different per country. As far as l am aware the application processes through TLS Contact Centre, UK Visa Application Centre.
