Future of eu cit and their non eu spouse after brexit

Hi,
Me a non eu cit and my eu spoused moved recently here in uk.
Still we havnt found any job.

What would happened if uk decide to leave the eu.
Do eu cit and their non eu spose have to leave the country .

Or what will happen if they havent applied for Rc before referendum 23 june.
