Filling in the Nhs Surcharge form online for my Niece (British citizen based in UK) partner in Pakistan
First question is ARE YOU APPLYING FROM THE UK? does that mean YOU as the niece in UK which will be a yes or YOU the partner in Pakistan which will be a no
and then from starts asking ABOUT YOU. Is the details for my Niece in UK or her partner in Pakistan
Thanks in advance
