Need Help! BRP not received from child benifit office

Dear Friends

I need your help regarding the Child benefit claim. I have applied for child benefit last month (02nd April). I have credited the amount in 1st week of June. Today I have received the Passports (mine + children), Birth Certificate for child. But I didn’t receive BRP cards (Mine and children).

Is that normal ? Or they have lost my brp card ?

What should I do ?

Instead of sending all identity documents in the same package, they may well be sending the BRPs separately to protect your personal security.
