Hi,
I am on ILR visa since November 2014 and my wife entered UK in October 2014 on a PBS dependent visa which was based on my Tier 2 ICT visa at that time. She renewed her PBS dependent visa in April 2015 for another two years.
She is a dentist and currently preparing for her ORE exams. After clearing the ORE exams she needs to do some training but the PBS dependent visa restricts dentists from working as trainees. Therefore I am exploring options to sort out her visa issue so that she can train as a dentist. One of the options that seems to be available is changing from PBS dependent visa to FLR (m) visa. With regards to that I have the following questions
1) Is there no restriction on dentists to work as trainee under the FLR (m) visa
2) Can someone on a PBS dependent visa where the main applicant is on ILR shift to FLR (m) visa
3) Her PBS visa is expiring in April 2017 so can she apply for the FLR (m) visa before that
We are aware of the five year reset period for the ILR and fine with that. Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
