ICT ST dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi,
I have come to UK with Tier2 ICT short term visa. My husband got tier 2 ICT short term dependent visa. Now, he got a good job in UK. Can he switch to Tier2 general visa?

1. Provided his employer is an approved sponsor and has completed all the RLMT processes, yes, he can apply but he has to apply from home country. He must also not have been a Tier 2 General main visa holder in the last 12 months.
