British passport for baby

Post by Aliozo » Fri May 27, 2016 12:50 pm

Hi guys

I got a quick question. Hopefully someone will be able to clarify things for me.

I have applied for a passport for my son. I have just received a letter saying that I need to send all my documents to prove Treaty Rights for myself. Now we have send all the documents needed to prove my wifes Treaty Rights. We did exactly the same thing as our friends did and they never had to provide documents for both parents. Am I missing something ?

I can't prove my TR as I was at the University for 3 years and working only for 2 years.
Any suggestions ?

Thanks
Les

Assuming you mean BRITISH passport??? Your title of the topic is misleading.

One parent's PR prior to child's birth in the UK is sufficient.

Now I realized that after changing topic I need to add that me and my wife are both EEA :)
