EU Qualifying family member need suggestion

hi guys i need a genuine advice..
Me and my wife came to Dublin airport 4 months back my wife is british citizen n i m her non eu husband i didnt have any visa when i arrived at airport with her , immigration officer gave me refusal to land and gave 7 weeks time to me while keeping my passport with him to come back and then go anywhere else i want to. I didnt go back to him in a week time but went to a solicitor to get my passport back so that i can apply for eu treaty rights. my solicitor filed a judicial review in result immigration solicitor agreed and gave written undertaking to forward my passport to eu treaty rights unit to facilitate my eu treaty rights application.
Now its been 8 weeks that i have filed my eu treaty rights application i havent received any acknowledgement letter or temp stamp letter ....numerous emails and letters sent to them by me and my solicitor after 6 weeks passed but they didnt reply to a single email or letter..
i am really worried now please give me a genuine advice that what can be done now ????

What is your wife doing in Ireland to exercise her treaty rights?

She is working here we have provided all the documents like prtb work payslips lease everything what they need ??
