Dependent child visa

Hi,

Asking on behalf of a friend.

She is married to the an EU citizen and they both live in the UK. She has a valid limited leave to remain.

She has a child who was born in the UK, but, from a different partner (before marriage).

She has now traveled outside of the UK for holidays and needs to apply for a dependent visa for a child.

1. is child eligible for entry clearance? (she has a limited leave to remain)
2. will there be any issues if father of a child is a not her current husband, but other boyfriend before marriage - who lives outside of the UK. /
3. What supporting documents will be required?

There are many categories of 'limited leave to remain'. Which one exactly does your friend hold, what does her BRP card or visa say?

Is her husband a non-British EU citizen?

According to her its a Family Member (leave to remain for 5 years)

He is Italian, she is from South America. So, yes - non-British EU citizen.
