fiance application

Post by NKP » Sun May 29, 2016 8:38 pm

We're planning on applying for fiance visa on July 15th and our marriage notice is on 14th october 2016. Can my fiance fly out before the 14th of october? we intend to put the travel date to UK on the 7th of October 2016 because the registrar says "fiance needs to be in UK 7 days before notice". Should we wait 90 days before a decision is made?

fiance questions

Post by NKP » Sun May 29, 2016 9:06 pm

Sorry i know posted another topic earlier.

Few questions i need to clear of my chest.

My fiance applied for US fiance Visa in October 2015 but was refused due to insufficient documents - should we stay state this on the Uk fiance application?

I started my relationship/communication with my fiance from Jan 2016 and we're planning on applying for the fiance visa in July 15? is this enough time?

Have you met each other in person?

If the form asks for any previous visa refusals, it needs to be declared.

yes, we have met each other in UK and i'm planning to see her in July.

We don't have any intention of hiding the visa refusal from the ECO, would it be a good idea to include the refusal letter with the fiance application?

You don't need to include the letter but if the form asks for details you need to provide it.

Your fiance can arrive at any point after the visa start date.

sorry for all the questions;

- can my fiance fly to UK within the 90 day processing period?

- would the previous visa refusal have any impact on my fiance application?

If you are asking whether your fiancee can enter the UK while the visa application is being processed....how will she do this when her passport will not be in her possession? :? That's apart from the fact that she would be unable to enter as a genuine visitor when her intention is to marry. That's why she requires a fiance visa.
