If you wish to acquire PR, yes.alecsa wrote:im taking couple of years off.do I need a CSI?
You've said nothing about a husband. If you were married to an EEA national working in the UK while you were a student, those years would count towards permanent residence because you would have had the right of residence under the EEA Regulations as a family member.alecsa wrote:Is a bit unfair but never mind.now I'm in maternity leave and it will stop this month but I'm not going back to work.im taking couple of years off.do I need a CSI?
Possibly. But not sure how the requirements for Extended Family Members works if the EFM is also an EEA national.alecsa wrote:in the eea regulations it says something about family member of your household so can I get my uncle for those years?
