Supporting documents for wife visa

I am currently in process of submitting the application for my wife visa. Can someone please clarify the process of submitting the supporting documents.

I need to know what documents my wife need to take with her at her Gerry's appointment and then what documents will she need to send to me so I can send them with my documents to sheffield?
