SET(LR) variation

Post by Imran1990 » Mon Jun 06, 2016 12:09 am

Hello All,
It's great forum undoubtedly especially fir newcomers & appreciated to all those who participate in order to assist .

Before I ask my question, I would like to let you know my previous status in few steps.

Came here in UK in May 2006.
Had student visa till 2012.
Psw from 2012-2014.
Applied T1 (E) in 2014 which was refused and attended in tribunals.
Final decision from upper tribunal was against me in 2015.
After the upper T decision, on 28th day, I applied FLR(o). Before any decision of FlR(o) , I varied to Flr(fp).
As my 10 years completed in may 2016, I varied the application from flr(fp) to set(LR).
Had submitted biometrics in previous week.
Can someone kindly let me know what will happen upon your knowledge or experience.
Kind Regards
Imran

My own personal experience
I applied for tier 1 (Ent) back in 2013 Feb which was refused in April, I appealed and got hearing date for sept 2013 but on the day home office withdraw their decision, then I waited till March 2014 when I didn't get their reply I varied my application to Long residency Set (LR) in March end. In April I submitted my biometric and in May they sent the letter that they have my two application with them and asked me which application to work on. And then in June or July they sent the cheque back for
my Ent application and in August 2014 I got my ILR.
Hope this helps
