Joint MN1 and passport application

Post by humdard12 » Thu Jun 09, 2016 11:30 am

Hi there,

Many thanks for the useful information made available at this platform. I need your help on my case given below.

My daughter was born in in the UK in 2012 whilst I was a Tier 2 General migrant. I’ve now secured the ILR and now would like to apply for my daughter’s registration. Can I apply for her registration (through completing MN1 form) and passport at the same time?

Question 1.3 of MN1 form: Since she is born in the UK and I didn’t apply for her ILR. Do I need to complete Question 1.3?

Since she was born in the UK, do I need to complete Section 2 of MN1 application form, especially Question 2.1?

Yes, if your local NCS offers the JCAP service.
Question 1.3 of MN1 form: Since she is born in the UK and I didn’t apply for her ILR. Do I need to complete Question 1.3?
Leave blank
Since she was born in the UK, do I need to complete Section 2 of MN1 application form, especially Question 2.1?
Yes, you need to complete it. Q2.1 - write date of birth.
