Never got a BRP!!!

Hi,

I have been in the UK now on Tier 2 for almost a year and I have not received a BRP.

Do i need a BRP? If so where do I go to ask for this?

If yes, how long is it valid for?

Yes i do and is valid for 3 years.

Then you don't need a BRP. Your visa is in your passport.

Why do you think you have to get one?

My company was asking me if I received my BRP and that is why i asked if I needed it.

But if i don't then it is fine.

If and when you apply for an extension, you will receive a BRP if approved as they no longer place extension visas in the passport.
