Tier 2 dependent extension inside UK - Given and family name

Hi,

can you please anyone comments about my wife application.

last week I have extended my tier 2 general visa and today i filled application in online for my wife extension. in the form i have mentioned given name as family name and family name as given name and did payment in online.

can any one suggest how i can get fee refund? or suggest how i can process using same application.

It should not be an issue. Correct it by hand on the printed copy you send.
