Second time Naturalization application biometric enrollment

Actually i applied for naturalisation and my application was refused on the basis that i had send the home office a separate letter showing my intention of going for work abroad, though my children would be living here and i would be supporting them. Now that i have changed my intention of going abroad so i have submitted a fresh second application for naturlisation. I wonder if I would still require a second time biometric enrollment or not. The reason for this is that my naturlisation fee and my friend fee were deducted from our account on the same day around 9 days ago, my friend received his biometric letter last Tuesday and i have not.
Can any body suggest whats going to happen next?

Yes, you will have to enroll biometrics again. You have to submit them for every application you make.

Would any one suggest how long it will take to arrive the biometric letter?

It can take a couple/few weeks.
