FLR FP health surcharge

Hope you all is well.

I have small query in regards with NHS Surcharge. I have applied for my wife application discretionary leave and I come to known that category is not exempted for NHS health surcharge. However application fee is deducted hence I am not sure what will home do when they known about NHS fees and IHS number is given is not right for that application are they going to reject the application or give us a time to pay health surcharge please advise thank you.

What do you mean? What number did you write and where did you get it from?

Sorry to make it simple for visa application it is necessary to pay NHS health care surcharge and when you make a payement (https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigrati ... cation/pay) choose right category such as (flr m, flr fp or tier 4). Now my confusion is i have selected the wrong category for the application system generate the NHS reference However sooner or later home office will come to known the mistake or error in application what action they will take

1. They will reject the application
or
2. They will give us time to pay N.H.S healthcare surcharge under right category.

What did you want to apply for and what did you select and apply for? Your post is actually not very clear. I am aware of how the IHS payment works.

I have apply under FLR FP route family ties myself and my son is british on hecne NHS surcharge selected under discretionary leave category in result fess was exempt
