Tier 5 sponsorship revoked!

Hi, I would like to know if I can travel abroad and come back to the UK with my revoked visa. I have been told by my employer that my visa have been revoked last thursday. However, I have already planned and pay my trip to the Netherlands this weekend coming (17-20 June). I have not receive any letter from the home office regarding the stay yet. We will be flying back via Gatwick airport. So I'm just wondering whether I should travel or not and If i do will I be allow back in to the UK

Hi, my company have told me that my overarching body license have been revoked therefore my visa have been revoked! I would like to know whether I can still come back to the UK after I leave, I have not yet receive any letter.

if you are outside the uk, u will not be able to come back. you would be stopped at immigration.
if you are in uk, and planning to go and come back, i would suggest that u should change sponsors before going.
if you leave, you will have to serve 1 year cooling off time before coming back.

Please clarify me, so i want be able to leave the UK at all for travel unless I have a new valid visa, even though I have not receive any letter with the conditions on it?

Yes of course you can, it's a not a penal colony (yet).

Some things to consider:

Have you checked with your Tier 5 Sponsor to confirm that their licence has been revoked?

If it has only been suspended that has no impact on your visa.

If it has been revoked then you will at some point in the future receive a visa curtailment letter. If the sponsor was only revoked very recently you are unlikely to receive a curtailment letter for weeks.

Can you travel - yes you can but be aware there are risks. If the Sponsor is revoked you are highly likely to have an issue returning even although you have not Yet had your visa curtailed. So expect a delay and or possible interview on your return. The outcome is likely that you will be allowed to enter as until your curtailed you still retain your visa conditions. BUT they can vary your leave to remain at the point of entry so your curtailment starts immediately. It rarely happens but it is a possibility.
