Hi I want to ask I came to uk 2006 as a student visa since then I extend student visa till 2015 Febuary. Then I apply for Flr FP and got refuse may 2015 then apply for JR and got refuse without merits then apply for hearing got refuse as well. Then I apply for fresh Flr FP last December since then no reply. I want to find out whether still I can apply for 10year long residency or not. Thanks.

After visa expiry, JR/hearing refusal, you had no legal stay in the UK since Feb 2015. Likely your continuous residence is broken.

If JR had been successful, only then would you have had continuing residence.
