Text from Passport office

Hello everyone,

Just waiting for the passport. Received a text from passport office that passport is on its way (15/06/2016). I have to move address by the end of this month (30/06/2016) and was wondering that if I should write to Passport office to deliver it to new address?

So my questions are:
1) How much time does it take on average from receiving text to actually receiving passport?
2) Where should I write to inform about house move?
