Earliest ILR date for In-country T2 ICT to T2G Visa Holder

Hello gurus,

Kindly let me know the earliest date with which I can apply my ILR.

I applied for T2 ICT from outside UK on Dec2010 and entered UK in 05-JAN-2011.
I switched to T2 General in UK through in country application.
The BRP issue date for the new T2G Visa is 16-MAR-2012 and I started work on 16-MAY-2012(AS PER COS) in the new Job.

Considering the 28-day rule and 90 day concession,
When does my ILR 5years qualifying period starts? In other words when can i apply for ILR?

Is it 15-Feb-2017 or 15-APR-2017?

The 90 day concession does not apply for in country switches.

Your clock for ILR started on the date you got your Tier 2 General visa.

Thanks for the reply.

I got my Tier2 General visa on 16-MAR-2012 but started my work on 16-MAY-2012 as per my COS. so can you please specify which of the mentioned date starts my 5 year counter?

Does that mean considering the 28 day rule, can I apply my ILR on 17-FEB-2017?

Yes, if that is 'within 28 days' of meeting the 5 year requirement.
