Tier 1 entrepreneur to 10 years ILR

Hope you are doing well
I am on tier 1 entrepreneur visa. I am genuinely doing business. recently three branches opened (training centres for plab ( for overseas doctors). Touchwood these are doing very well. I am planning to buy a general surgery expandin business to bring some apprenticeships to my training centre in couple of months

Here is my case

I was rejected tier 1 hsmp in 2008 when I had student visa under deception with no right to appeal as I got still visa left at that time in 2008

After that I passed masters, I was granteD PSW in 2010 even after disclosing my previous immigration history

I applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa in 2012 which was rejected in 2013 because of my previous immigration history but won the appeal in 2014 and was granted tier 1 entrepreneur visa in May 2014.

Now my 10 years will be finished in September to apply for ilr

I am very scared and stressed out if there is going to be any problem for my ILR
I AM A GP by profession.

this is probably better for the ILR board. But at minimum you don't give nearly enough details for anyone to help you. give your full immigration history if you want help (what happened beofre 2008 for example?)
