tier2 dependent child turned 18 visa expiry 2017 august

Hello everybody I need suggestion
I have been granted citizenship in apr 2016-after tier2. My family currently in tier2 dependent visa. My first daughter will turn 18 in nov 2016, she has visa upto july 2017. When i spoke to home office over the phone, they gave me mixed response. She will be joining the university in sept 2017. Under which VISA category she needs to apply, in july 2017. My worry is she will turn 18 this december, she will be an adult in full time education. Will she have any trouble in getting visa extension. Can anyone suggest. thanks murali

As far as I am aware, she can continue to extend her current visa or apply ILR if she qualifies, in line with the rest of your dependents provided she is NOT leading an independent life.
