How to do a Subject Access Request

I am trying to obtain records of my Arrival and departure to and from the UK when I was Child as I am applying for British criztenship for my daughter under form MN1 (32) which states that I must prove that I residend in the UK for 3 years pior to my daughters birth. I do not have my passport from when I was a child so I can not prove this way with entry and exit stamp dates so I need to request this information through SAR, First of all does anyone know which would be the correct form for me to obtain this information. Please advise if i am in the correct forum as this is my first time on chat?

Yes by all means try an SAR, but be aware if you have an EU passport it almost certainly won't have been recorded.

DEAR fellows and moderators,
I have applied for an Subject Accesss Request fast track records.

Its been way more than the time they said but i still have not received my documents. They sent the acknowledgement letter but not the actual requested data.

I already have sent them email/letter/fax even its been more than a week aswell for these but no one responding.. Is there any other possible way to get my requested docs as soon as possible. Because I need them very desperately.

ANY GENERIC NUMBER OR DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE APPRECIATED.
