dependent visa for my father age 64

Hello,

i am british citizen and my mom passed away a month ago.... i am the only child of my parents and would like to call my dad over here... they both been here on family visitor visa before. every month i send money for their expense as they were retired.. can someone guide me please??

Adult Dependent Relative is the most difficult, virtually impossible, visa to get. Highly likely to be refused and this will shut the door on any future visitor visa. The users who have tried this route, have regretted it as their parents now cannot even visit them in the UK. The rules were made much tougher in July 2012.

The UK does not support chain migration. See the link below for the very tough requirements.
