Either route. Some apply for 5 year route but HO grants 10 year route. Read the FLR(FP) guidance notes and search the forum for more info on documents.

This application is not guaranteed success, be prepared for that.

Hi there,
I will advise you to apply for the flr fp 10year route as she's overstayed which is easy. Although even those who have not overstayed are also granted the 10years route.

Good luck.

Hi there
Thanks
I been on a solicitor to apply, he says that there isn't a need for the English test as she is applying outside of rules, even though on the flr FP guide says that English test is a must.
Do you know if as she is applying out of rules no need for the English test?
Thanks

The FLR(FP) parent route requires A1 level English.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
