[Urgent]-Help "Partner Details" section in AN Form

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for my Naturalization this month July 2016. I need some help in filling out certain sections of the AN Form and I hope this board will help me this time too as it helped me a lot in the past in getting my Tier 1 G/ Tier 1 G extension and then ILR last year 2015. A big Shout out to all the helpful members. Thanks a bundle fellows. I need you again this time.

My Situation: I got married in Jan 2013 in Pakistan and applied for spouse visa for my wife in Oct 2013 from Pakistan. She successfully got the visa in 9 days in Oct 2013. She never traveled to UK on that spouse visa. I got divorced in Pakistan in Feb 2014. I informed Home office in Aug 2014 after all the legal proceedings were completed in Pakistan.

My Questions for AN form (June 2016 version):

1. In section 1.15 If i chose the option "Divorced or Civil Partner Dissolved" then do i need to fill the details in 1.38 to 1.44 ? If yes then please explain why ? Because i think i am not divorced from a British citizen and neither my spouse came here on spouse visa ever nor we had any British marriage registration ceremony in an registry office in UK .

Please clarify the above scenario in detail because i have no idea of any kind about where my EX is after her 2nd marriage back in 2014 and i have no details to fill in of any kind in the above mentioned sections unfortunately.

Yes, fill it in.

The question is not asking if you were married to a British citizen.
It's about any spouse of any nationality.

HO wants to understand your circumstances and take an informed decision on your case.
And you, as per the signed Declaration, have to vouch for the completeness and veracity of information supplied.

Material (or inconvenient) facts cannot be suppressed.

You can explain your difficulties in the additional information section of the form or in a cover letter.

So this means i have to provide the information in that section. Now do i need to provide documents (e.g., marriage certificate, local council letter, divorce certificate, My Ex's ID card etc ) as evidences for this info?
